If you believe a review was made by mistake or based on conditions outside your control (for example: USPS shipping time), please reach out to customer support or dispute the review in the app.
You can dispute a review by tapping on your reviews/ratings on your profile and tapping the three dots to the right of the review. Once you dispute, our team is notified and we'll get back with you within 2 business days - most of the time we'll get back with you in a few hours :)
