You’ll always receive a full refund if the Clear Out you purchased does not ship. Sellers are required to ship within 4 business days unless they requested shipping materials from us.

If you receive a Clear Out with missing or damaged items, you’re eligible for a partial refund equal to the estimated value of the damaged/missing items. To find out your return options please reach out to Curtsy support within seven days of receiving the Clear Out.
