The seller hasn’t shipped my order. What should I do?

If you haven’t heard back from a seller, and it's been a few days since you placed your order, you can message us and let us know. Regardless, we reach out to all sellers if an item is not shipped in three business days.  

You can cancel an order within 15 minutes after your purchase without seller approval. After 15 minutes, you can request to cancel an order, but the seller is not obligated to accept or respond to the request since all sales on Curtsy are final (unless the item arrives damaged, is not shipped, or is different than originally listed). If the seller denies your request or it expires, the seller will still have until their shipping deadline to ship your item out.

All orders are automatically canceled if they aren’t shipped within the shipping deadline.
