How long do I have to ship?

We ask that all sellers ship orders within 1-4 business days. Need more time? No problem! Most buyers are pretty flexible, just reach out and message them to confirm they are okay with the delay. Don't forget to message us (in Messages in the app or via text/SMS) to extend your shipping deadline to avoid automatic cancellation.

We can’t extend deadlines without buyer approval, but if an order does cancel we are happy to assist you with re-listing! If you are going to be away for an extended period of time, we also offer a Vacation Mode option, which temporarily hides your closet so you can avoid cancellations that would affect your stats.
