Curtsy offers safe and easy payments through the app for buyers and sellers.

When someone buys your item, they’re charged immediately. We’ll email you a pre-paid shipping label that you can use to ship the item. As soon you ship the item out and the tracking updates, we’ll add your earnings to your Curtsy Wallet in the app.*

For most items, once the tracking updates to show the item was shipped, the money will go into your Curtsy Wallet in the app.* From there you have a few options: 

• Instant transfers to bank or debit card (small fee - takes less than 30 minutes)
• Free standard transfers to bank or debit card (takes 2-3 days)
• Use the money in the app to shop

To cash out on Curtsy you'll need to link your debit card or bank account. If you do not have those, you'll be able to use your earnings in the app to shop. 

If it's been more than 24 hours since you shipped your non-luxury item and you've not been paid, please reach out to us.
