When your item sells, the buyer is charged right away and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label.

Before you ship, you’ll choose how you want to get paid:

• Cash out to your bank account or debit card
• Use your earnings as credit to shop in the app

Once you ship your item and tracking updates, your earnings will be delivered based on the option you selected.*

To cash out, you’ll need to link a debit card or bank account.

If it’s been more than 24 hours since you shipped a non-luxury item and haven’t been paid, please reach out to us.
